Qualifying for the 2015 Power League will finish up this weekend with 2 days of play to fill out our 24 team tournament series. Here are the playing assignments for the weekend: 1st Division Qualifying Bracket - 8am-1pm - Courts 1-4
1st Division Qualifying Bracket play will continue to seed all teams from 1 to 12. Teams 1 - 6 will qualify for 1st Division, teams 7 -12 for 2nd Division and will play again at PL#1 on Sunday, February 22nd. Qualifying Day 3 - Pool Play - 8am and 1pm start
Pool winners will qualify for PL#1 in 3rd Division and will play on Sunday, February 22nd. All other teams will be seeded into Qualifying Bracket Play on Monday 1/19 with play starting at 1pm at Kekuhaupiʻo.
Play from day 2 in the power league has completed with great volleyball matches all day. Play will be finishing up with days 3 and 4 on Sunday 1/18 and Monday 1/19. In order to utilize the facilities for the Power League Tournaments, we will need all participants and supporters to adhere to these rules. Failure to comply may result in the loss of gyms and the power league itself. Please do your best to let all of your supporters know about these rules.
Parking Parking will be at the parking structure fronting Kekuhaupiʻo gym. Please be sure to park in marked stalls and follow all posted signs on campus. There is handicapped parking on the bottom floor of the structure. Please do not park in the Kekuhaupiʻo "turn around" area fronting the gym or the Keawe "turn around" area, it must be kept clear for security and/or fire access. Also, there is very limited parking at Keawe gym area and it will be reserved for handicapped access (placards required). All teams and supporters will be expected to park at the Kekuhaupiʻo parking structure and walk to the gym via the stairs. Coaches will be asked to support in enforcement of these guidelines. Campus and Facility Rules In order to continue to utilize facilities on the Kamehameha Campus, we are requesting that all coaches, teams and their supporters, abide by these rules. Please share this information to your team and the supporters.

Best of 3 to 25 points, win by 2 (no cap), 2 timeouts (30 sec)
3rd set (if necessary) to 15 points, switch at 8, win by 2 (no cap), 2 timeouts (30 sec)
Tie breaking
This is a pool play format and only pool play, ties will not be decided by playing a set.
- If 2 teams from the same pool are tied, their head to head match determines their order of finish.
- If 3 teams from the same pool are tied after match and set % and point differential have been calculated, a coin flip will determine their order of finish.
All teams will be re-seeded based upon pool finish, match percentage, set percentage, point percentage and re-pooled for play on Day 2- Sunday, January 11th. Pool assignments will be posted when completed.
Officiating
Teams will be responsible for officiating duties on the assigned court(s). R1 should be provided for the court. Teams are responsible for R2, scoresheet, Libero tracking, scoreboard. Playing teams may be responsible for line officials (if officiating teams do not have enough players). U16 and U15 teams are required to have their head coach at the court(s) to manage and supervise during officiating assignment.
Rosters
Up to date Webpoint rosters with all players and staff must be submitted to start the tournament. Additions of players will not be allowed after the start of the league. Coaches, chaperones, and other adults can be added after the league if a new Webpoint roster is submitted. Handwritten rosters will not be accepted.
Uniforms
Numbered shirts are required and if a libero is to be utilized, they must be contrasting. Officials will be understanding for the qualifying tournament as we understand that uniforms are being ordered now. Uniforms will be required by PL#1 on February 22nd.
Playdates are January 4th, January 11th, and January 18th & 19th with all play at the Kekuhaupiʻo and Keawe gyms at the Kamehameha-Kapālama Campus. Pool assignments and playtimes will be posted and updated here. You can also follow us on Facebook:

Matching uniforms are not required for the qualification tournament. However, it is required to have numbered jerseys and if a libero(s) are going to be utilized, they will need to be in contrasting colors. Please update your rosters with the current uniform numbers before the start of the tournament. Uniforms will be required at the February date.
Rosters
Rosters must be printed from Webpoint and submitted at the start of the qualifying tournament. No handwritten rosters will be accepted. Rosters of all teams will be frozen after the first tournament starts as to keep the competitive balance of each team in the league. Only players and adults on the roster will be allowed in the bench area of the tournament. Per USAV Guidelines, there must be at least one (1) IMPACT certified coach/adult on the bench at all times. Adults (Coaches, Chaperones, etc.) may be added to the roster at later dates. Please print out a new roster to reflect these changes and bring it to the next tournament date. Officials will be checking for compliance.

Teams will be informed of their entry via email and listing of accepted teams will be listed on this website. A maximum of 32 teams will be allowed into the seeding/ranking tournament. Based upon finish in the ranking tournament, the top 24 teams will move into the 2015 Aloha Region Power League.

Power League play will be open to teams in U18, U17, U16, U15 age divisions registered in the USAV for the 2014-15 season. Online entry and payment deadlines will be in mid December and confirmation and schedules will be posted by the end of December.
Qualifying/Seeding Tournament will be taking place on multiple weekends in January with the first playdate on Sunday, January 4. Power league playdates for the top 24 teams will be 2/1, 3/8 or 3/15 and the Finals on 4/12.
Information
The 2020 Power League will have 48 teams this season qualifying for the 36 team league. Qualifying play will be starting on Sunday, January 5, 2020 at Kekuhaupiʻo and Keawe Gyms at the Kamehameha Schools - Kapālama Campus.
